A Brighter Brand for a Brighter Future

Tipalti today introduces new branding and a new logo for the company. It seems like it’d be odd releasing a new brand in today’s climate, but actually, it’s precisely what we should be doing. After all, this brand is evolutionarily a step forward and points to our future, which we believe will brighten even during dark times.

It’s our second brand evolution since our inception, and it’s also the most thorough. Without a specific destination, we—along with our agency Butchershop—interviewed customers, talked to employees, and workshopped not only what we want our brand to exude, but to identify who we are as a company and what we stand for.

The Brand as a Story

First, let’s talk about Tipalti’s story. Our brand isn’t just about colors and logos. It’s how we say “hello” and convey our story. 

Payables. It’s time-consuming. It’s risky. It’s challenging. It’s work no one should have to do. And Tipalti believes no one should. By automating the whole payables process, from supplier management to global payments reconciliation, we’re modernizing the most archaic practice within the business world.

Automation is not only more accurate but more secure, and it will help you recoup 80% of the time and effort of manual processing. And as your business adapts and scales, and payments complexity grows, the technology scales with it.

But Tipalti is more than just artificial intelligence and machine learning. Behind the technology are people who know that payables is all about, well, people. The workers tasked with ensuring the speed and accuracy of payouts. The suppliers whose livelihood depends on getting paid. The teams that look to maintain strong supplier relationships. The company leaders whose peace of mind around payables enables them to focus on core competencies.

It’s for them that we named the company after a Hebrew expression. Tipalti: “We handled it.”

This message reinforces who we are and what we stand for. It’s the story of Tipalti and informs all our branding.

A Brighter Brand for a Brighter Future 1

Our New Logo and Brand Elements

Our new logo is evolved from our past logo but significantly cleaner and more modern. The new logo transitions to a brighter, more youthful gold. The lowercase “t” offers greater balance and tighter association with the wordmark. We also cleaned up the font to be cleaner.

But the logo is only part of the change and is best appreciated in context with other brand elements. Our swoosh will play a significant role in how we employ our new branding. We’ll use it as an element to create borders, patterns, and excitement.

And if you’re here, you’re also experiencing our new website. 

Nothing is changing at Tipalti (other than we’re continually improving our services and technology and operations). This new branding is merely a reflection of who we are: the reliable payables experts you continue to depend upon.
