Sales Enablement & Reporting/Analytics Lead
(San Mateo, CA)

Are you super organized, articulate, and passionate about helping sales teams grow, develop, and scale? Can you be analytical, consultative, and a self starter when it comes to reporting/analytics? If so, read on, because this role may be perfect for you.

As the Sales Enablement & Reporting/Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for owning the sales enablement program at Tipalti. This includes all initiatives related to training the sales team, onboarding new team members, creating/pushing out content to keep the sales team at the top of their game, and being the master administrator of our sales enablement platform, Mindtickle (re-named Excalibur).

On the reporting/analytics side, you will gather and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. our CRM Salesforce, our homegrown system & our BI tool, Power BI) to find trends. You’ll identify how these trends can be used to improve the business. You will also be the team’s go to person for reports. You’ll be a change agent for the entire organization, because you will guide the executive team towards smart, data driven decisions that will benefit not only sales, but the company as a whole.

This role will work very closely with and report to the Sales Operations Manager.

  • Roll out a content management system & handle ongoing maintenance of this platform.
  • Build playbooks for existing sales tools to deepen the sales team’s adoption of these systems.

  • Excellent reporting and dashboard skills (especially with Salesforce)
  • Loves working with data and in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
