Andy Bartels of Forrester provided a keynote on holistic accounts payable in San Francisco in May. He also discusses  the changes in finance and accounts payable that the CFO faces today as the business needs to scale, including the need to offer more flexibility, while streamlining to run lean. He also discusses the antiquated AP function.

Andy spoke of a host of issues including globalization of the supplier base, the complexity of supplier payments, and the need to remain lean.
