Tipalti Accelerates Expansion with New Offices in Plano, Texas
Double unicorn plans to add 100 team members by the end of 2022
San Mateo, CA, September 14, 2021 – Tipalti, the leading global payables automation company, today announced that it will be opening new offices in Plano, Texas. This is the fourth global office for Tipalti, joining existing locations in San Mateo, California, Kibbutz Glil-Yam, Israel, and Vancouver B.C., Canada.
The new office is set to open by November. Tipalti is actively recruiting talent for the new location, where the team will be focused on core functions comprising implementation, customer success, support, payment operations, risk management, and compliance along with sales and HR. Tipalti expects to hire around 20 new team members by the end of 2021, and scale to around 100 team members by the end of 2022. Tipalti’s Chief Customer and Operating Officer, Manish Vrishaketu, will lead the new Plano office.

The opening of Tipalti’s fourth global office comes after another year of rapid growth. The company raised $150 million in a Series E round of funding, maintained its best-in-class customer satisfaction rating of 98%, grew its revenue by 83% in the first half of 2021 relative to the first half of 2020, and added 191 employees around the globe in the first half of 2021, bringing the total number to nearly 600. Tipalti was also recently included on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies list for the fourth year in a row. It also has made the Deloitte 500 fastest growing technology companies list for the third consecutive year in a row, making Tipalti one of only 24 American companies to have been on both lists for three consecutive years. The company also received a 2021 Fortune Best Workplaces in the Bay Area award for the fourth straight year.
