What Are The Primary Features and Advantages of SYSPRO?

• User-friendly software

• Designed for manufacturers and distributors

• Industry-specific frameworks and customization

• Incorporates innovative technologies in Smart Manufacturing,

• Embedded social ERP (SYSPRO Harmony).

The SYSPRO user experience, which is based on simplicity, is highly rated, with ease-of-use.

SYSPRO has deep manufacturing and distribution expertise, which shows in its software design and functionality that meets business needs.

The SYSPRO software solution provides customizable specific industry frameworks to include best practices and reduce the time needed for implementing the system.

Smart Manufacturing includes business solutions software using artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT/IoT), and bots technology. Bots automate workflows and provide notifications.

IoT uses sensors and connected devices on the shop floor to monitor production processes and equipment (including required maintenance), with automatic data acquisition and analysis, and real-time alerts. IoT can reduce downtime, defective products, and rework for manufacturers, saving money.

Harmony is a social ERP (with a social media style user interface) that’s a collaboration platform within SYSPRO ERP. Harmony lets SYSPRO users communicate internally, streamline workflows, and receive alerts through their mobile devices. Harmony social ERP uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the SYSPRO Data Mining Service with its rules based engine.

The SYSPRO rules based engine automates alerts (without SQL triggers) on user-specified fields, values, and transactions, including posting a beat to the Harmony database. Through mining the ERP database with AI and ML, automatic notifications (including status on customer sales orders and inventory levels) are directed to a user’s Harmony Newsfeed.
