We also undergo regular external audits and penetration testing to ensure the security and safety of all customer data and funds.
Disaster Recovery (DR)
Following industry-standard best practices, the database is automatically backed up every four hours and the entire system image is backed up daily. To protect against loss, a secondary environment is offsite in another location so we can restore with minimal disruption in the unlikely event of disaster. Processes are continually tested and optimised to ensure the highest level of service.
