Notice of Change of Terms and Conditions

We’ve made several improvements to the Tipalti Services Agreement and Cards Schedule (“Terms”) to clarify our terms, to cover new services and features, and to provide additional helpful information on our processes.

The new Terms apply as of the date of publication, which is January 16, 2026 unless otherwise stated below, for all new customers who agree to them on and after that date.

For existing customers: By continuing to use the Tipalti Services on or after February 16, 2026, you agree to the new Terms that apply to you. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Tipalti Services. If you have questions regarding the updated agreements, please contact customersuccess@tipalti.com.

Effective on February 16, 2026 for all existing customers, the Terms are updated as briefly summarized below:

Tipalti Services Agreement

  • Section 2.6: Explicitly stating that all customers agree to the Cards Schedule
  • Section 4.2: Labeling our “Pay by Card” feature and clarifying cashback offered through that feature

Cards Schedule

  • Overall: Replaced labels of “Cards Service” with our “Corporate Cards Service”, which is distinctive from our Pay by Card feature referenced in the Tipalti Services Agreement
  • Section 10.9: Revised US cashback offering as a function of Total Card Purchase Volume and to align with the Tipalti Services Agreement
  • Section 11.5: Revised UK cashback offering as a function of Total Card Purchase Volume and to align with the Tipalti Services Agreement
  • Section 12: Defined Total Card Purchase Volume
