Notice of Change of Terms and Conditions

We’ve made several improvements to the Tipalti Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, and UK Services Schedule (together, the “Terms”) located at https://tipalti.com/legal/, to cover new services, reflect changes in privacy regulations, and provide additional helpful information on our processes.

For new customers: The new Terms apply as of the date of publication, August 4, 2026, unless otherwise stated below, for all new customers who agree to them on and after that date.

For existing customers: By continuing to use the Tipalti Services on or after September 2, 2026, you agree to the new Terms that apply to you. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Tipalti Services. If you have questions regarding the updated agreements, please contact customersuccess@tipalti.com.

Effective on September 2, 2026 for all existing customers, the Terms are updated as briefly summarized below:

Updates to the Tipalti Services Agreement

  • Section 3.4 (Shared Access): Added language to clarify the provision’s applicability.
  • Section 13.10 (Notices): Updated the Tipalti Europe Ltd notice address to 51 Eastcheap, 5th Floor, London, EC3M 1DT, United Kingdom.

Updates to the Data Processing Addendum

  • Section 1 (Definitions): Updated the “Data Protection Laws,” “EU SCCs,” “Sensitive Personal Information,” and “UK Addendum” definitions to comply with updated privacy regulations.
  • Section 2.3 (Roles of the Parties; Scope and Purposes of Processing): Added additional purposes of processing.
  • Section 3.1 (Personal Data Processing Requirements): Added sensitive personal information processing requirements.
  • Section 6.2 (Subporcessors): Updated language to comply with updates to privacy regulations.

Updates to the UK Services Schedule

  • Added new Fund By Card terms for the UK service offering.

Updates to Other Terms

  • Updated the Tipalti Europe Ltd office and notice address to 51 Eastcheap, 5th Floor, London, EC3M 1DT, United Kingdom.
