Notice of Change of Terms and Conditions

We’ve made several improvements to the Tipalti Services Agreement and schedules (“Terms”) located at https://tipalti.com/legal/, to cover new services and features, and to provide additional helpful information on our processes.

The new Terms apply as of the date of publication, which is May 4, 2026 unless otherwise stated below, for all new customers who agree to them on and after that date.

For existing customers: By continuing to use the Tipalti Services on or after June 3, 2026, you agree to the new Terms that apply to you. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Tipalti Services. If you have questions regarding the updated agreements, please contact customersuccess@tipalti.com.

Effective on June 3, 2026 for all existing customers, the Terms are updated as briefly summarized below:

Updates to the Tipalti Services Agreement

  • Section 3.4 (Shared Access): Added terms governing shared access to the Tipalti platform, including access by affiliated entities or multiple business units of a customer
  • Section 4.2(b) (Payee Privacy Consent): Added language to clarify payee privacy consent requirements associated with Tipalti’s Pay By Card offering in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK)
  • Section 13.2 (Assignment): Updated the assignment provisions to address assignment in connection with Tipalti’s services

New Treasury Service Schedule

  • Added a new Treasury Service Schedule that governs the terms applicable to Tipalti’s treasury services and supplements the Tipalti Services Agreement

Updates to the Standard Services Schedule

  • Updated Fund By Card terms to clarify fees associated with linked cards
  • Added a disclosure regarding fraud risks associated with payments

Updates to the Canadian Services Schedule

  • Added new Fund By Card terms for Canada service offering

Updates to the EEA Services Schedule

  • Added new Fund By Card terms for EEA service offering
