Oren is a partner at Orens Capital and Zeev Ventures.  He has extensive experience investing in technology companies and, over the past decade, has focused on Internet applications and digital media. Prior to Orens Capital, he was a partner at Apax Partners. In addition to Tipalti, Oren serves on the boards of Houzz, Chegg, Infolinks, Duda Mobile, Younow and Crossrider. Past investments include Audible (acquired by Amazon), Wibiya (acquired by Conduit), Mobixell Networks, Butterfly (acquired by TI), Native Networks (acquired by Alcatel), Commtouch (IPO), Tescom (IPO), and Smartshopper (acquired by Zango). Oren holds a BSc Cum Laude from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in France.

Dovi Frances is a financial services entrepreneur and founding partner of Group 11 (f.k.a. SGVC), a FinTech focused venture capital firm based in Los Angeles, California. Over the course of his career, Dovi has invested in some of Silicon Valley’s most prominent and disruptive financial technology companies, including SoFi, Addepar, Tipalti, TripActions, HomeLight, SunBit, Reali and Next Insurance. Dovi currently serves as Director on the Boards of Tipalti, SunBit, HomeLight, Lili Bank, EquityBee and Reali. He is also an Advisor to Addepar, TripActions and is a member of the Advisory Council of Leumi Bank U.S.

CARL PASCARELLA

Carl Pascarella is currently affiliated with TPG Capital as an Executive Advisor. Prior to that, he was President & Chief Executive Officer of Visa U.S.A. Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors of Visa International. Before assuming that position, he was President & CEO of Visa Asia Pacific Limited and Director of the Board. Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Pascarella was Vice President, International Division at Crocker National Bank and Vice President, Metropolitan Banking at Bankers Trust Company. His experience also included retail banking, commercial banking, corporate banking, credit review and policy, and DeNovo banking. Mr. Pascarella was also head of the California International Banking and Trade Finance organization for Crocker National Bank. Carl Pascarella received a Master of Science in Management from Stanford Sloan Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo. Carl has been affiliated with the arts for over two decades and is currently Chairman of the San Francisco Ballet, Vice Chairman for the Fine Arts Museums and a life-time governor of the San Francisco Symphony.

Former CFO of Netflix and Music Choice, Barry has served as a board member for Pandora, Eventbrite, Wealthfront, Chegg, and is now currently the COO of Cingle. He attended Williams College for his undergraduate career and received an MBA in finance from University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton School.

RICHARD SARNOFF

Richard Sarnoff is a Senior Adviser for KKR, focusing on publishing, digital media, and education businesses. Until 2011, Mr. Sarnoff was Co-Chairman of Bertelsmann Inc. and President of Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments (BDMI). A long standing senior executive at Bertelsmann, Mr. Sarnoff served as CFO and EVP of Random House beginning in 1998.  Later in the 2000’s, he established its corporate digital media investing arm, BDMI, and concurrently served as Chairman of the Association of American Publishers. Mr. Sarnoff graduated summa cum laude, from Princeton University in 1981 with a BA in Art and Archaeology, and earned an MBA from Harvard University in 1987. He serves on the Board of Directors of Activision Blizzard, Weld North, Ipreo, and Chegg.
