Managing Large-Scale Royalty Payouts and Complex Finance Operations
Vydia, a cloud-based platform that helps artists, labels, agencies, and others distribute, promote, and manage content, was supporting a growing roster of labels and artists. However, this increase brought with it the challenge of managing complex, high-volume royalty payouts. Each new label deal often introduced multiple payees, significantly increasing the number of transactions processed each month. This complexity peaked mid-month, when royalty payouts were disbursed.
