Branded Experience Agent for iFrame Customization: Your payee onboarding flow should feel like a natural part of your platform. Tipalti’s Branded Experience Agent delivers just that. Simply upload a few screenshots and Tipalti automatically creates a customized iFrame that mirrors your platform’s fonts, colors, and layout. Setup time is reduced by up to 90%, providing your payees with a seamless and familiar experience.
Smart Tax Form Logic for W-9s: Why make payees fill out forms they don’t need? We’ve introduced intelligent logic that applies the $600 W-9 threshold globally, automatically bypassing tax forms for payees who earn below the reporting requirement. This removes friction, accelerates onboarding, and keeps your team focused on what matters.
Tax Form Scan Agent for Faster Form Processing: We’re proud to introduce the Tax Form Scan Agent, a smarter way to ensure tax compliance and accelerate onboarding. Instead of manually typing in W-9 information, payees can now simply upload their forms and have key details automatically extracted and ready for review. This eliminates data entry, reduces the risk of errors, and speeds up onboarding, while keeping your tax records accurate and compliant from the start.

eFiling with Zenwork for IRS Reporting: Tax season just got a whole lot easier. Our new integration with Zenwork allows you to electronically file 1099 and 1042-S forms directly with the IRS — no exports, no uploads, no spreadsheets. Just accurate, stress-free submissions that save your team valuable time and reduce the risk of costly compliance errors.
DAC7 and UK Platform Compliance: European customers, we’ve got your back. Tipalti now helps you stay compliant with DAC7 and UK Platform Operator Regulations by automatically collecting the right tax data during onboarding and generating audit-ready reports at year-end. No last-minute scrambling required.

Bank Account and Address Verification: Instantly verify and standardize payee postal and banking details during onboarding to reduce errors and fraud risk and ensure readiness for global payouts.
Automated VAT ID Checks (EU):– Tipalti will validate VAT IDs during onboarding, ensuring cleaner data, faster workflows, and smoother tax reporting.
Verification of Payee (VoP): Meet new EU regulatory requirements by confirming payee names match their bank accounts, preventing misdirected or fraudulent payments.
Tipalti Card Launch in the UK: Already available in the U.S., Tipalti Card is now coming to the UK, offering unlimited virtual and physical cards, cashback rewards, and streamlined expense management.
Bank Account Validation (BAV) and Address Verification: As part of our efforts to enhance the integrity of payee onboarding, Tipalti will soon verify payee bank account details and postal addresses in real time at the point of onboarding. That means fewer errors, reduced fraud risk, and confidence that your payees are ready to receive funds from day one.
Automated VAT Number Checks: For EU-based businesses, verifying VAT numbers can be a time-consuming and error-prone process. Our upcoming enhancement will automate this process by confirming tax details during onboarding, reducing manual checks, and improving audit readiness.
Expand Spend Controls Globally With Tipalti Cards UK:: We’re taking the Tipalti Card international. Already available in the US, our corporate card product will soon launch in the UK, offering virtual and physical cards, cashback rewards, and no limit on card issuance. More countries across Europe are on the roadmap.
