QuickBooks Overview

Intuit owns both QuickBooks accounting software and TurboTax income tax software. QuickBooks is an ideal, low-cost business accounting system for startups and small businesses. It handles basic bookkeeping and provides online payment services through Intuit. QuickBooks typically markets the brand as an alternative to ERP software.
